Vegetarian meals: Aloo Gobi

Ingredients:

  • 30 g butter
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 potato
  • 1 bag frozen peas
  • for seasoning: curry, chilli, cumin

Method:

In a pan, cook the butter until it turns brown, then add 1 tablespoon cumin, the onion cut in small pieces, 1 tbsp curry and chilli depending on how spicy you like your food. Then, add the potato cut in small pieces, followed by the cauliflower also cut in small pieces. After everything cooks for about 2-3 minutes minutes, add the peas, a small amount of water and let it simmer for 30 minutes, until the cauliflower is soft. Finish it off with coriander on top when it’s ready.

Alternative:

In a bowl mix 2-3 sweet potatoes, 1 can chickpeas and 1 cauliflower with curry, chilli and cumin, add olive oil and put it in the oven for 30 minutes.
