Best Homemade Pesto

What could be better than easy peasy and delicious homemade pesto? This weekend, I came across this simple recipe and thought I’d share so you’d better put your cooking apron on!



  • 1 can dried tomatoes
  • 100 g ruccola(arugula)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 handful caju nuts
  • parsley
  • pepper
  • olive oil


Now it gets complicated! You just have to toss it all in a blender!!! Start with the tomatoes and garlic, then add the ruccola and caju and finally sprinkle parsley, a bit of pepper and a teaspoon of olive oil. And you’re ready to enjoy it with either pasta or toast! And if it’s too much, feel free to freeze it in a jar for another meal!

    To be honest I never tried pesto, always looked kinda a tasteless all with the green color and stuff.
    Although I might reconsider, easy recipes are my weak spot
