Breakfast is the the perfect time to enjoy something sweet and healthy that will keep you energized (almost) until lunch. These breakfast bites are super easy to make and absoultely delicious and you can even pack them with you for a healthy snack throughout the day!
- 12 dried dates
- 1 banana
- vanilla extract
- 1 cup of oats
- a handful of frozen berries
Firstly, turn on the oven at 200 degrees Celsius. In a bowl, mix 12 dried dates cut in half with one mashed banana and a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Then, incorporate one cup of shredded oats into the mix. Top off this mix with a handful of frozen berries.
On a tray, place baking paper and pour the mix. You can create even sized bites from before placing it in the oven or you can cut it after it’s done, it’s up to you! Bake for 15 minutes, then let it cool off and devour it the next morning!
